Pulpy Mango Milkshake is one of the delicious shakes I love to have every mango season. Ripe mango is blended smooth with milk, mango ice cream and a little sugar, then more mango is pulsed in so you get soft pieces in every sip.
I make it pulpy for my son, who does not like only chewing or only drinking, so this way he gets both. Garnish it with mint leaves and small mango pieces.
