Pasta Pakoda is an easy kids snack that is best enjoyed on a rainy monsoon evening. Boiled pasta is tossed with pasta masala, pasta herbs, garlic, schezwan chutney and hot and sweet chilli sauce, mixed with onion, capsicum, sweet corn and coriander, then bound with gram flour, rice flour and semolina and fried until golden.

It is a fun way to turn leftover or freshly boiled pasta into crispy fritters. Make them big, or keep them small like popcorn for the kids.
