Mango Pickle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Raw Mango Medium Size
  • 1/3 Cup Achaar Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Asafetida Skip if you are using without tempering

Instructions

  • In small pan heat oil. The oil should be medium hot. Once done switch off the flame.
  • Immediately add asafetida and achaar masala and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl full of chopped raw mango pieces. Mix well so the masala infuses well.
  • Now serve in a bowl.
