Heat a pan and add clarified butter.
Once the butter melts add mixed dry fruit and mix well. Roast for a minute on a low medium flame. Take it out on a plate and keep it aside.
To the same melted butter add semolina, roast on a low medium flame by continuously stirring it until it changes color to light golden.
On the other stove heat a steel vessel with water.
Roast semolina for 6-7 minutes.
Add the warm water into the pan.
Now on a full flame keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Add the soaked saffron milk to it and mix well.
Now add orange food color dipped in water. Cook for a minute.
Add sugar and mix until it melts well.
On a low flame, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and roasted mixed dry fruits to it.
