Tandoori Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Paneer small cubes
  • 3 tbsp Tandoori sauce
  • 60 gm Butter
  • 6 Bread slice (White/Brown)
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl and add vegetables- capsicum, onions, and tomatoes. Now add Paneer, salt to taste and give it a nice mix.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes, oregano and pour Tandoori sauce and stir well.
  • Apply butter on each bread slice. Put mixture on the bread with the help of a spoon and place another bread slice on top it.
  • Cut it diagonally in a triangle shape and serve it with tomato ketchup.
