Tandoori Paneer Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Paneer small cubes
- 3 tbsp Tandoori sauce
- 60 gm Butter
- 6 Bread slice (White/Brown)
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl and add vegetables- capsicum, onions, and tomatoes. Now add Paneer, salt to taste and give it a nice mix.
- Sprinkle chili flakes, oregano and pour Tandoori sauce and stir well.
- Apply butter on each bread slice. Put mixture on the bread with the help of a spoon and place another bread slice on top it.
- Cut it diagonally in a triangle shape and serve it with tomato ketchup.
