Way before the carbonated cold drinks and packed fruit juices, there was a drink so good that people have kind of forgotten it due to new substitutes available in the market. So here I am to give you nostalgic trips back in the day. The drink is none other than Aam Panna. Made from raw mango pulp this tangy drink was summer favorite. I am here to revive its magic again.
Aam Panna is a great rehydration drink which prevents the loss of necessary salts and iron from our bodies. Since the drink is made from raw/unripe mangoes, it is already a little tangy in taste but people may prefer it as salty or sweet, depending on what else is being added to the drink.
Today I will introduce not one but three different flavors of Aam Panna that are so good that you won’t be able to decide which one is your favorite.
Let’s get started!
How to Make Aam Panna
