Feeling blue? It is time to get yellow. This is why custard is undoubtedly the best comfort food on the supermarket counters.
The term ‘custard’ comes from ‘croustade’, a sugary and eggy ‘crusted’ tart from the middle Ages.
Out of many variations, fruit custard is probably the easiest and the yummiest dessert anyone can make up in just a few minutes. You will simply love the soft and velvety consistency of the custard along with the crackling of the fruits.
Since it is summer I have an ideal summery sweet dish for you and it is none other than Mango Custard. The preparation is absolutely easy but it tastes like a million buck. The freshly pureed mango adds a lot of flavor and texture and the chunky and luscious chopped pieces of mango make each bite worth!
